ScholarPoint Learning Institute provides educational services, including but not limited to tutoring, academic courses, test preparation, and learning programs for students of various levels. Our services are delivered online and at our physical location in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
All fees for our services are due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments must be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via the methods specified on our website. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy, which is available upon request. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or partially completed. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, disrupt our operations, or infringe on the rights of others. Students and parents are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and staff.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from such content without our prior written consent. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
ScholarPoint Learning Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, academic performance, or opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
